About The PDPC
The Pacific Digital Photography Club was started in January of 2004 to provide a unique learning environment for its members. While we do not hold internal club competitions, we do provide the opportunity for members to participate in other external competitions on behalf of themselves. We also encourage members to put their work on display either as prints or as projected images at our regular club meetings.
The club mandate is: The sharing of knowledge through technical demonstrations, member presentations and forums.
We offer a program of guest photographers, instructional evenings, member’s nights, workshops and photographic outings, geared to further the art of digital photography.
In November of each year, we produce “Photomotion “, a compendium of our members’ digital slide/sound shows in the Inlet Theatre in Port Moody.
Club meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:30 pm in the Drama room of Port Moody Secondary School. Membership is open to anyone serious about digital photography.
